Julia Bright’s Journal Week 1

Here we are, starting the first week together on our journey to a better daily routine, more effective, well thought through and automated habits and less stressful schedules. But we cannot rush into anything. How do we breathe, what and when we drink, what and when we eat, how and when we sleep, how much and what kind of exercise we get, how we keep our body temperature even, and yes, we need to know what comes out after ate our food and digested it.

We are trained by our parents to fulfill these basic needs.

Week one is about good posture and better breathing. I have to admit I am a bit ahead of the game here because I have been having physiotherapy treatments for my back and shoulders for months now so I am really made aware of how much my posture changed and how much I need to strengthen my muscles and keep my back straight.
