Air - Breathing
Be aware of your breathing as much as you can. With good posture you can take deeper breaths and be rooted to the present, become a better observer. This way you will be able to assess situations, get to know facts before you rush into conclusions and decisions.
Good posture: Open your shoulders, lift your chest up and tuck your tummy in. Feel the strength in your core and your upper back and keep your head straight looking ahead. Do not hang your head and let your neck muscles tire and develop text neck, your head’s weight will be magnified and strains your neck muscles and degenerates the cervical spine.
You will not need to wait until 60 to see the degenerating affects of bad posture and using using mobile devices!
